Voice of Teen is an student organization dedicated to constructing a communication platform among teenagers, experts and practitioners. Found in 2018 by President Cindy So, VOT now represents more than 20 high schools and over 200 student participants.

Through this activity, I get to deeply understand the relationship with future career choice and personal interests.

听了众位优秀职业人事与成功学生的心得体会和教育教学，收获颇丰，这次活动十分有益于我们学生，对于未来职业规划有了大致清晰轮廓， 有了对自我的准确认知，更是增添了我们对于将来选择暗下决心的勇气，同时丰富了我的眼界与“大”沟通，大量知识，大量经验。

In the forum, every speaker shares thru personal experience with us. I can strongly relate to Sophie’s speech. I like humanities a lot, but I am still unsure if my interest can stand for a long time. Thus, I remember her words of try everything. I want to experience more, and find my own passion to create myself a future that I shape for my self.

非常荣幸能有这样的机会听到许多来自不同行业不同年龄的优秀人员分享的经验。让我对未来的生涯有了一定不成熟的想法，就好比一颗种子，在未来的不断成长中会不断生根发芽，为我未来的道路提供了指引。也开拓了我的视野，让我了解了更广大的世界，这个是我在学校中无法了解到的，让我能够拥有更大的理想。谢谢！

First of all, I want to thank VOT for providing me with such a precious chance. Today, I sit in the second row. It is the first time in my life during which I am so close to such an excellent group of people. I feel the uniqueness of this event from the very beginning. Knowing university professors and entrepreneur, the student who had just graduated from Shanghai High School International Division impresses me the most. Because we are in similar period of time in our lives, her speech content about future planning, family communication is very practical and inspires me a lot. In essence, I really broaden my horizon and get to know the best students and talent people on the world! Now, for me, I will work hard to achieve my personal goal. Fighting!

通过本次活动，在各位优秀前辈和资深学者，企业家的指导下，我充分明白了自己的未来职业规划应由自己做主，顺着自己的兴趣，跟随自己的心，提升主观能动性，努力奋斗，到达自己所希望的职业。

The forum provides me the confidence I need to pursue my dream.
